Too often, the animals are considered to be things which they can exploit, kill, torture, by game, for show, by tradition or for the only pleasure of making suffer.


It is time to envisage seriously a Regulation European on the Rights of the Animals for:
- forbid and suppress very put to death, useless torment or ill-treatment inflicted on wild or domestic animals, even under the pretence of sports, tradition, culture, religion or economic rentability. (example: hunt, bullfight, cock fight …)
- to examine cases or animals must be put to death in certain definite purpose: feeding, leather and fur, medical experimentation, dangerous or intrusive animals, and to take measures so that, if it cannot immediately be forbidden, it is made, at first, without suffering or anxiety (at the time of the putting to death as during captivity)
- watch the living conditions of the animals « of pleasure » (circuses, zoo, riding schools) and withdraw the animals immediately to the maltraitant owners.
- circles reintroduce progressively the captive wild animals in them (having been sure that ravages caused has nature by ‘ human civilization ’ were repaired).


Finally, more do not consider an animal to be a thing, but since a being having the right to life, to respectability and to freedom.

Malpermeso turmenti bestojn por ludi

Tro ofte, bestoj estas rigardataj kiel aĵoj, kiun oni povas ekspluati, mortigi, turmenti por ludo, spektaklo, tradicio, aŭ nura fiplezuro.

Nun endas grave pripensi Europa Regularo pri la Bestaj Rajtoj, por
-Malpermesi kaj puni ĉiujn mortigojn, turmentojn aŭ mistraktojn kontraŭ sovaĝaj aŭ malsovaĝaj bestoj, eĉ pretekste de sporto, tradicio, kulturo, religio aŭ mona rendimento. (ekzemple, ĉaso, taŭrbatalo, kokbatalo…)
- ekzameni la kazojn, kie bestoj estas mortigendaj pro precizaj kialoj : manĝo, ledo kaj pelto, medicina esploro, bestoj troaj, kromvenigintaj aŭ danĝeraj… kaj agadi por ke, se tio ne povas tuj esti malpermesita, tio estu unuatempe, farita sen sufero nek angoro (kaj dum la mortigo, kaj dum la kaptiteco)
- zorgi la vivkondiĉojn de la « porplezuraj bestoj » (cirkoj, zooj, rajdaj centroj…) kaj tuj forpreni la bestojn de mistraktantaj posédantoj.
- iom post iome reirigi la sovaĝajn bestojn el kaptejoj en iliajn medio (kondiĉe ke la detruo far’de la ‘homa civilizacio’ kontraŭ la naturo estos riparitaj)


Fine, ne plu konsideri beston kiel aĵon, sed kiel ulon, rajtanta je vivo, indeco kaj libereco.
